About Sarah
Sarah loves to make functional pieces for the home that can be used to bring a bit of beauty to everyday life.
She is influenced by English Delftware and Ancient Chinese pottery, especially the soft celadon colours which she aims to replicate in her work.
Each piece is hand-thrown on the potter’s wheel, then individually decorated to create raised patterns on the surface.
She also teaches wheel-throwing classes to small groups from her own garden studio in Cambridge.
